How to use our tire pressure relief valves?
Step 1: Deflate the spare/spare tire to your preferred deflation pressure using a professional pressure gauge.
Step 2: Unscrew the locking ring and adjustable cap and fully tighten the bleeder to the valve stem, otherwise the bleeder will be slow or stop at unexpected pressure PSI. (Always make sure the threads are clean and tight)
Step 3: Loosen the cap (counterclockwise) until the bleeder pops out, then immediately tighten the cap to the point where air stops blowing out of the tire.
Step 4: Turn the locking ring upward to adjust the cover and tighten.
Step 5: Installation is now complete and set to your preferred bleed pressure.

Important Tips:
1. Fully adjustable range is 6~30PSI. According to our testing, it takes about 4 minutes to reduce a tire pressure from 28 to 0 PSI.
2. Screw the adjustment cap clockwise to increase the pressure, and screw it out counterclockwise to decrease the pressure. The valve needs only a small turn to adjust, 1/16 to 1/8 turn to adjust 1 PSI.
3.The deflation device can be adjusted at a rate of 3PSI per half turn of the adjustment cover.
4.When the tire pressure and deflation device are set within 8PSI, it may be necessary to manually start by installing the deflation device and then lifting the center pin to start the operation.
