Thanks to a new carcass solution, Pirelli has worked on one of the most important parameters for wheel tyres: rolling resistance and set a new standard. A performance pack suitable for all modern road disciplines and surfaces, from local or World Tour races to epic adventures where climate and road surfaces require tires that work under all circumstances. carcass The SpeedCORE carcass consists of a thin, airtight layer with a rubber compound of aramid particles that covers the inner part of the tyre. The large and high and flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tyre faster and smoother, while the aramid particles provide a better puncture layer.
The carcass is completed by a nylon fabric and an aramid breaker, while the tread profile uses Pirelli’s most advanced compound, the SmartEVO, to achieve the highest performance.
All the special features of the new P ZERO Race TLR are made in Italy and offer unique quality and superior performance. Note: P ZERO™ Race TLR 28-622 and P ZERO™ Race TLR 30-622 are compatible with hookless rims according to ETRTO up to a maximum of 5 bar/73 psi tyre pressure.
P ZERO™ Race TLR 24-622 and P ZERO™ Race TLR 26-622 are NOT compatible with hookless rims.
